How to store and to prepare?

  • Keep frozen until ready to cook. 
  • To thaw, place it in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours or at room temperature for 1-2 hours. 
  • Will last frozen for up to 1 year. Once cooked, it can last in the fridge for 1 week.

How to Store & Cook

Storage: Freezing

  1. Keep frozen until ready to cook. 
  2. To thaw, place it in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours or at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
  3. Will last frozen for up to 1 year. Once cooked, it can last in the fridge for 1 week. 

Deep Frying Method

  1. Pre-heat the pan for 5 minutes then put oil in the pan
  2. Fry the Vellychon Roll for 15-20 minutes (or until desired crispiness is already achieved.
  3. Drain excess oil for 5 minutes
  4. Serve with your favorite Lechon sauce

Air-Frying Method

  1. Coat the outer and inner surfaces of the Vellychon Roll with oil
  2. Set temperature to 200 degrees celsius
  3. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until desired crispiness is already achieved
  4. Serve with your favorite Lechon Sauce

Baking Method

  1. Coat the outer and inner surfaces of the Vellychon Roll with oil
  2. Set temperature to 190 degrees celsius (depending on the brand of oven). Pre-heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Put it in the middle of the over to equally distribute the temperature for both upper and lower sides.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes while occasionally brushing the Vellychon with oil until desired crispiness is achieved.
  5. Serve with your favorite Lechon Sauce
